In that time\, we have been able to produce over 115\,000 meals for people all around the world\, from families in your community\, to cities in disaster relief situations. Now\, we are hosting our fourth year at Pioneer High School on Saturday\, November 8th\, 2025\, at 9:00 AM. \nThis annual fall service project could not happen without the many hands that gather to make a difference in the lives of people everywhere. This year our goal is to pack 50\,000 meals\, which means we need to raise $17\,500. \nWe are currently seeking donations and volunteers to pack meals. DESCRIPTION:FALL COLOR RAMBLE:  2:00 – 3:30 p.m.\, Sunday\, November 9.  Celebrate the beauty of autumn on an easy-going 2-mile hike with Robert Ayotte through the colorful woods around the Eddy Discovery Center.  This guided walk is perfect for nature lovers of all ages – from curious beginners to experienced enthusiasts.  As we stroll along flat to gently rolling trails\, we’ll take a closer look at trees and shrubs that define our fall landscape.  You’ll learn: \n-Why leaves change color and how to recognize common fall foliage \n– What kinds of fruits\, nuts\, and berries are out this time of year \n– How trees and shrubs prepare for winter dormancy \nThis will be a relaxed\, family-friendly outing focused on enjoying the season while discovering the fascinating lives of woody plants in fall.  Binoculars and/or hand lens are recommended for a closer look.  Cost: $2/person or $5/family. DESCRIPTION:Experience the healing\, guidance and interconnection of this shamanic journey\, after drinking cacao\, which enhances the spiritual connection. \nArrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse\, call in the directions\, drink cacao\, set intentions\, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath\, then there will be time to share your experience. Due to uninterruptible nature of journey\, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm. \nBring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids\, journal and pen\, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow\, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats\, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns\, you can do journey without cacao.
