DESCRIPTION:Before Father’s Day and Summer Solstice\, travel to the upper world to connect with the Sun and receive light. There will also be an opportunity to connect with your male ancestors. \nExperience a sound bath as you receive the healing and/or guidance you need through a guided journey assisted by optional cacao. Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse\, call in the directions\, drink cacao\, set intentions\, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath\, then there will be time to share your experience. Due to uninterruptible nature of journey\, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm. \nBring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids\, journal and pen\, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow\, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats\, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns\, you can do journey without cacao.

SUMMARY:Star Nations Shamanic Sound Journey with Cacao
DESCRIPTION:During Perseid Meteor Showers\, travel to the upper world to connect with your star family and view our place in this universe. \nExperience a sound bath as you receive the healing and/or guidance you need through a guided journey assisted by optional cacao. Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse\, call in the directions\, drink cacao\, set intentions\, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath\, then there will be time to share your experience. Due to uninterruptible nature of journey\, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm. \nBring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids\, journal and pen\, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow\, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats\, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns\, you can do journey without cacao.
