The local Saline event takes place each year on the weekend of what would have been Chad’s birthday. \nChad was the grandson of former Michigan football coach Lloyd Carr and the son of long-time Saline residents Jason and Tammi Carr. What began as a way to support the Carr family during Chad’s battle has since become a powerful movement. Over the past 12 years\, RunTough has raised millions of dollars to fund critically needed research through the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation\, which the Carrs co-founded to honor Chad’s legacy and bring hope to families facing the same devastating diagnosis. \n“It’s become more than a race — it’s a true celebration of Chad’s life and spirit\,” said Tammi Carr. “It brings the entire community together in a way that’s joyful\, meaningful\, and full of love.” URL:https://dev1.thesuntimesnews.com/event/families-invited-to-run-play-and-give-back-at-runtough-family-fun-day/ LOCATION:Saline High School\, 1300 Campus Parkway\, Saline\, MI\, 48176\, United States CATEGORIES:All,General Events END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Detroit:20250930T100000 DTEND;TZID=America/Detroit:20250930T150000 DTSTAMP:20260511T064202 CREATED:20260310T125543Z LAST-MODIFIED:20260310T125543Z UID:[email protected] SUMMARY:Virtual Business Navigator Office Hours DESCRIPTION:Book a 1:1 virtual session with a Business Navigator.
