A preview of JD’s Stage Bistro’s upcoming menu will be available in downtown Chelsea next month.
On Saturday, May 2, beginning at 10 a.m., Executive Chef Nate will serve a wild mushroom ragù at Agricole Farm Stop, 118 N. Main Street. The dish, priced at $12 per serving, will be available while supplies last.
The preview offers a glimpse of the bistro’s approach to seasonal ingredients and preparation ahead of its official opening.
