The Saline softball team improved to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the SEC Red after four wins last week.
The Hornets allowed just one hit in a 16-0, 15-0 doubleheader sweep of Ann Arbor Huron to open the week.
Saline used a ten run second inning to end the game after three in the opener.
Gracie Waldrop had two hits and a rbi, while Reece Rupert added a hit and three rbi to pace the Saline hitting attack.
Elizabeth Onyskin and Zosia Mazur each had a hit and two rbi, Maddie Bellus two hits and a run scored, Catherine Kniffin and Emilee Sontag a hit and rbi each.
Abby Curtis and Mazur combined for nine strikeouts and gave up just one hit in the circle for Saline.
Mazur and Harper Grambau combined for a three-inning perfect game with each striking out two to finish the sweep.
The Hornets offense was led by Mazur with two hits, including a home run and four rbi.
Makayla Shelton had two hits and three rbi and Onyskin two hits and a rbi.
Rupert, Grambau, Maddie Foster, and Jessi Phelps added one hit each for the Hornets.
The Hornets swept Clarkston in a non-league doubleheader Friday.
Saline gave up its first runs of the season in a 6-2 win in the opener and won the second game 8-0.
Mazur struck out eight in relief for the win in the circle in the opener.
Waldrop powered the offense with three hits and three rbi, while Mazur added two hits and two rbi. Rupert chipped in with two hits and two runs scored, Kniffin a hit and rbi, Bellus and Winters a hit and run scored each, and Casey Griffin one hit.
Grambau tossed a two-hitter and struck out nine for the win in the second game.
Rupert smacked three doubles and drove in three runs to lead the offense.
Waldrop, Bellus, and Shelton each had a hit and rbi, while Foster had two hits and two rbi. Griffin, Mazur, and Grambau each had a hit and run scored.
