2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW DATES

The City of Chelsea 2026 March Board of Review will conduct hearings on the following dates for appeals from citizens, regarding the 2026 assessment, at the Chelsea City Hall, 305 S. Main St., Ste 100. All appeals are by appointment.  Please call the Assessor’s Office at (734) 475-1771 ext. 213 to schedule an appointment.  Letters of appeal must be received by 3:00 pm on March 16, 2026.  Postmarks are not accepted.

Monday           March 02, 2026                       3:00 pm           Organizational Meeting

Appointment Dates for Hearing:

Thursday         March 05, 2026                       1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Monday           March 16, 2026                       1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

All persons protesting their assessment must complete a petition (form L-4035) which can be obtained at Chelsea City Hall or on the City’s website at www.city-chelsea.org,
