City of Chelsea: Notice of Dissolution of LLC

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF REVN INTERNATIONAL, LLC

Notice is hereby given that REVN International, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company with
its principal place of business located at 237 East Middle Street, Chelsea, MI 48118, has been
dissolved as of February 13, 2026. All persons with claims against the company are requested to
present them in writing in accordance with this notice.
Each claim must include the following information: (a) the name and address of the claimant; (b)
the amount of the claim; (c) the basis for the claim; and (d) any documentation supporting the
claim. Claims should be sent to: 237 East Middle Street, Chelsea, MI 48118.
A claim against the limited liability company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the
claim is commenced within one (1) year after the date of publication of this notice. This notice is
being published pursuant to Section 807 of the Michigan Limited Liability Company Act, MCL
450.4807.
