2. Approval of Appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeals (Mayor Henson)

MOTION Stump SECONDED Keaton to appoint John Hansen to the Zoning Board of Appeals. All ayes. Motion carried.

3. Approval of Reappointment to the Human Rights Commission – John Luther (Mayor Henson)

MOTION Angus SECONDED Bullerman to reappoint John Luther to the Human Rights Commission for a term ending on February 1, 2029. All ayes. Motion carried.

4. Adoption of Resolution #2026-1 Poverty/Hardship Guidelines (Interim Finance Director Watkins)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Stump adopt resolution #2026-1 regarding 2026 Poverty / Hardship Guidelines. All ayes. Motion carried.

5. Adoption of Resolution #2026-2 Approving Participation in the MPPA Commercial and Industrial Demand Response Program (Operations Managers Stevens)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to adopt Resolution #2026-2 authorizing the City of Chelsea to participate in the Michigan Public Power Agency Commercial and Industrial Demand Response Project. All ayes. Motion carried.
