1. Approval of Letter of Support for Main Street Park Alliance (Mayor Pacheco)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Iannelli to approve the letter of support for the Main Street Park Alliance Revitalization and Placemaking grant signed by Mayor Pacheco. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Cancellation of the August 18, 2025, City Council Meeting (Mayor Pacheco)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Henson to approve the cancellation of the August 18, 2025, City Council meeting. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval to Authorize the Interim City Manager to Approve Payables Processed between August 5, 2025, and September 2, 2025 (Director King)

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Morris to give authorization to the Interim City Manager to Approve Payables processed between August 5, 2025, and September 2, 2025, due to the cancellation of the August 18, 2025, council meeting. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement for Executive Search Services (Sherri McDaniel)

MOTION Henson SECONDED Keaton to approve the selection of Marc Thompson for executive search services for the permanent City Manager pending attorney approval of the contract. 6 ayes, 1 nay (Mehuron). Motion carried.

• Discussion Regarding Proposed Noise Ordinance Amendments (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Henson to not act on the recommendation of the DDA and maintain the current ordinance. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement with SME for Remediation Action Plan at Landfill (Superintendent Lampel)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Henson to approve the agreement with SME for Landfill Remediation Action Plan. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement with Cadillac Asphalt and Midwestern Consulting for Dewey Street Paving (Superintendent Bollinger)

MOTION Henson SECONDED Merkel to approve quotes from Cadillac Asphalt and Midwestern Consulting for the Dewey Street paving project at a total cost of $94,227.40. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement with C&D Hughes and Midwestern Consulting for 2025/2026 Road Reconstruction (Superintendent Bollinger)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Morris to approve the agreement with C&D Hughes and Midwestern Consulting for 2025/2026 road construction. All ayes. Motion carried.
