✨ A Celebration of Gratitude: Yoga + Candle-Making Workshop ✨
Join us for a cozy afternoon where movement, mindfulness, and creativity come together in perfect harmony. Through yoga, meditation, and candle-making, you’ll reconnect with your heart and honor the abundance this year has brought.
✨ What to Expect:
▪️ 2:00–2:15 – Arrival & Welcome: Settle in, connect, and set your intentions.
▪️ 2:15–2:30 – Guided Gratitude Meditation: Breathe deeply, center yourself, and open your heart.
▪️ 2:30–3:15 – Candle-Making Workshop: Handcraft your own gratitude-infused soy candle. (One candle included — make additional candles for $15 each – up to 3 candles total).
▪️ 3:15–4:00 – Soulful Yoga Flow: A gentle, heart-opening practice for all levels to ground and restore your energy.
▪️ 4:00–4:30 – Candle Decoration: Add seasonal touches like autumn herbs, dried florals, or crystals to infuse your candle with intention and cozy fall energy.
▪️ 4:30–5:00 – Meet & Sip: Share tea, snacks, and connection with a like-minded community.
