When the Veil is the Thinnest: A Shamanic Sound Journey with Cacao and Guided Journaling

Join me in connecting with the spirits to receive guidance, healing and reassurance. First, you will be guided to set your intention for the journey, then we will cleanse our energy and calling in the directions. You will be given the option of drinking cacao which will enhance the shamanic journey, specially made for this time. After the journey there will be time to journal about it then you will be given prompts to continue connecting to spirit and guidance through journaling.

Cacao will be provided. But drinking it is optional.

Please bring a cup or chalice, journal and pen, an eye mask, and anything you need to lay down on the floor. There will be some blankets and bolsters provided.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get cacao and make nest. DUE TO UNINTERUPTIBLE NATURE: NO ENTRY AFTER 2:15 PM!
