Lodi Twp: Board of Trustees Meeting Synopsis 2/3/26

LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

February 3, 2026 6:30 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present; several members of the public were present. There was a short attorney report. There was a short Planning Commission Report. There was a short Sheriff report. Public comment was received by 5 members of the public. The agenda was approved as presented. Unfinished Business: Approval of Data Center Moratorium #2026-001, Resolution #2026-007, Discussion on a Policy to appoint members to Lodi Township Boards, discussion on road planning procedures. New Business: approval of Vance Shutes resignation from Board of Review, approval of emergency appointment of Skye Schultz to the Board of Review, approval of training and book purchase for new Board of Review member, approval of 2026-2027 Meeting Dates, approval of 2026-2027 Salary Resolutions for the Supervisor, Clerk & Treasurer, approval of 2026-2027 Investment Policy, approval of Sun Times News as paper of record, approval of OHM as Township engineer approval of OHM as Township Planner, approval of  Township Attorney, approval of 2026 lawn contracts, approval of WAVE contract for 2026 & 2027, Budget Public Hearing was set for March 3, 2026 at 6:30pm. Public comments were received. The meeting adjourned at 8:18pm.  The minutes may be viewed, after approval, on the Lodi Township website at (www.loditownshipMI.org) are available for review or purchase at the Township Hall during regular business hours.
