ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

SALINE AREA FIRE AUTHORITY

PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the proposed Articles of Incorporation of Saline Area Fire Authority will be held beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Lodi Township Hall, 3755 Pleasant Lake Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103

TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026

At such time a public hearing will be held regarding the adoption of the Articles of Incorporation by all participating municipalities in the Saline Area Fire Department that would create a new fire authority that would replace the Saline Area Fire Department.

A copy of the proposed Articles of Incorporation will be available for public inspection at Lodi Township Office during regular township business hours, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until noon or may be viewed on the website ( www.loditownshipmi.org ).
