NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 1/27/2026

PROPOSED TEXT AMENDENTS OF THE LODI TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS:

SECTION 2.0 (DEFINITIONS)

SECTION 20.04 (TABLE OF USES BY DISTRICT)

SECTIONS 54.17 (MEDIUM COMMERCIAL SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS)

The Lodi Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at the Lodi Township Hall, 3755 Pleasant Lake Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103.  This Public Hearing is to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Lodi Township Zoning Ordinance. Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, Lodi Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan ordains the following amendment to the following sections within the Lodi Township Zoning Ordinance:

            Article 2, Section 2.03 Definitions

Article 20, Section 20.04 Tables of Uses by District

Article 54, Section 54.18 Medium Commercial Solar Energy Systems, to replace Article 54, Section 54.18, Reserved

The text of the proposed amendment may be viewed on the Lodi Township website https://loditownshipmi.org/ or at the Township Hall during regular business hours 9:00am to noon, Monday through Thursday.  Written comments may be sent to the Township Clerk at the above address.
