SYNOPSIS OF JANUARY 2026 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Minutes – January 13, 2026.  The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.  During Public Comment, a member of the public spoke on the Guinan Dr. project and email addresses.  A resident spoke to the Chelsea District Library millage..  Items Approved:  Agenda, Minues, Payment of Bills, Appoint David Wilson to the Board of Review for the remaining term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; Thomas Myers to the Broadband Oversight Committee for the term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; Replace the drop-off box at a cost not to exceed $400; Adopt Resolution No. 26-01 to Allow Local Residents to Protest in Writing to the 2026 Board of Review; Adopt Resolution 26-02 A Resolution to Create a Sewer Advisory Committee.  The meeting adjourned at 8:05 PM.   Prepared by Office Manager:  Janet K.
