NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE

ELECTION TO BE HELD ON

NOVEMBER 4, 2025

LYNDON TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF LYNDON TOWNSHIP:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Lyndon Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Lyndon Township Clerk; the office of the Washtenaw County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency.  Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Lyndon Township Clerk.  Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the Lyndon Township Clerk is Monday, October 6, 2025

After this date, anyone who qualifies as a elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Lyndon Township Hall, located at 17751 North Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118 at the following times:

• Regular business hours: Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Washtenaw Intermediate School District will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

WASHTENAW INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT

WASHTENAW INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT, Michigan, Millage Proposal shall come under sections 681 to 690 of the Revised School Code, as amended, and establish an area career and technical education program, which is designed to encourage the operation of area career and technical education programs, if the annual property tax levied for this purpose is limited to 1 mil ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of 10 years, 2026 to 2035.

CHELSEA AREA FIRE AUTHORITY MILLAGE PROPOSAL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Chelsea Area Fire Authority will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

CHELSEA AREA FIRE AUTHORITY, Michigan, Millage proposal to levy annually a new additional millage in the amount not to exceed .75 mill ($0.75 per each $1,000 of taxable value) against all taxable property within the limits of the Chelsea Area Fire Authority for a period of three (3) years, 2026 through 2028, inclusive for the purpose of providing funds for all purposes authorized by statute and law, including operating and equipping the Chelsea Area Fire Authority.
