SYNOPSIS OF AUGUST 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Minutes – August 13, 2025—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  No Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda, Consent Agenda, Bills, Process Broadband Payroll in accordance with existing payroll and bills submitted to Clerk; Adopt the Sick Leave Policy with the following changes:  update the benefit year from January 1 to December 31 to July 1 to June 30 and remove the 40 hour work week.  The meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM.  Prepared by Office Manager:  Janet K.
