Request: Variance application (ZBA 25-003) to consider variances to allow the construction of a new accessory building that will encroach into the front yard setback and rear yard setbacks. The new accessory building will be approximately 16 feet from the west property line (front) where 25 feet is required by the code (section 7.04) and will be approximately 5 feet from the east property line (rear) where 20 feet is required by the code (sections 7.04).
