REGULAR BOARD MEETING

DECEMBER 9, 2025, 7:00 pm

Approved minutes of November 25, 2025 Regular Meeting.

Approved payment of the bills.

Authorized to contract Phoenix Contractors for repair work at 1055 N. Zeeb Road.

Authorized three-year contract with Cummins for Generator Maintenance at Jackson Rd. Pump Station.

Authorized payment to Diversified Excavating for public side water and sewer taps completed at 138      Burton Avenue.

Adopted amendment to the Scio Township Employee Handbook.

Approved purchase of trees and shrubs for reforestation at Five Oaks Preserve.

Approved amended job description for Finance Manager.

Authorized expenditure for replacement of the rear tires on the Fire Department tanker.

Adopted resolution to adopt Qualified Institutional Depositories.

Approved the reappointments of Jeannine LaPrad and Tim Redmond to the Land Preservation Committee for terms ending June 30, 2028, and the reappointment of David Read to the Land Preservation Committee to the end of his term.

Authorized the job description for the Natural Areas Technicians and added two regular full-time positions for the Parks Department effective 01/01/2026.

Made changes in the Capital Improvement Plan timeline in “Appendix A Expectations and Timeline.”

Authorized monthly expenditure for Government Consulting Services Inc. for lobbying services through December 31, 2026.
