MEETING SYNOPSIS – February 10, 2026 Board Regular Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Treasurer Egeler, Trustee Koseck, Trustee Schulze. The Board took action to: approve the agenda; approve the consent agenda; approve the final inspection sign off and refund of the escrow for the Chelsea Springs II Development with conditions; hold public hearing for the Sylvan Township 2025-2026 fiscal-year budget; adopt and sign the Sylvan Township Principles of Governance; approve the renewal of the H2O Compliance cross connection control program for the amount of $5004.00 per year for 3 years; approve Zoning Text Amendment 25-02 and adopt Township Ordinance 26-02. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.

MEETING SYNOPSIS – February 17, 2026 Special Joint Sylvan-Lima Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 2:06 p.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Trustee Koseck, Trustee Schulze. Members absent with notice: Treasurer Egeler.  Lima Township members present: Supervisor VanRiper, Clerk Kwaske, Trustee Greg McKenzie. The Board took action to: approve the agenda; approve the Sylvan-Lima Joint Planning Commission 2026-2027 Budget with each Township contributing $20,715 to the Joint account; to hire Vickie Parrish as the Sylvan-Lima Joint Planning Commission primary Recording Secretary at $26.55/hour and to hire Doty Latuszek as the alternate Recording Secretary at $26.55/ hour. Meeting adjourned at 2:28 p.m.
