NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGETS

TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026, 7:00 PM

The Sylvan Township Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Sylvan Township Hall, 18027 W Old US 12, Chelsea Michigan on the proposed fiscal year 2026-2027 budgets for the General Fund, Cemetery Fund and Water Fund.

A vote to pass the 2026-2027 Budget will be made after the Public Hearing at this meeting

Copies of the proposed budgets are available for public inspection at Sylvan Township Hall, 18027 W Old US 12, Chelsea, MI 48118 during normal business hours (Monday – Thursday from 9:00 AM – Noon). Copies may also be viewed/downloaded from the township website at https://sylvantownshipmi.gov

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a(2)(3)) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
