Approved minutes of December 23, 2025 Regular Meeting.
Approved payment of the bills.
Approved 2025 Washtenaw Regional Resource Management Authority annual dues.
Authorized payment to OHM Advisors for professional services related to the organization of As-Built Records into electronic files.
Authorized Pipeline Management for contracted sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection services for a section of the sewer main located on Metty Drive and Dexter-Ann Arbor Road.
Approved Conditional Use Permit to allow three golf simulators (indoor recreation facilities) at 5060 Jackson Road, Suite G.
Adopted Zoning Ordinance Amendment to change the zoning of 5741 Jackson Road from Limited Industrial to General Commercial.
Approved expenditure for the review course, exam, and licensing fees associated with Finance Director obtaining her CPA.
Approved the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period for Michael Blackburn and Steven Shepherd, as required by Section 12 of Employee Handbook.
Corrected the term ending for Trustee Read to conclude at the Certification of the November 3, 2026 election and the swearing in of the winning candidate.
Appointed Trustees David Read, Kathy Knol and John Reiser to serve as Scio Township officers on the Township Lobbying Committee with terms ending December 31, 2026, and Kristy Aiken is to serve on the committee in the Operations Director role on an interim basis.
Directed staff to draft a resolution of denial for Piper Ridge, conditional rezoning, from Planned Unit Development to Multi Residential-3.
Approved and ratified the decision made by the Supervisor as accepted by the State Tax Commission assigning Becky Baiocco as Assessor of Record.
