At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Webster Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on March 17, 2026 at 7 p.m., the following resolutions were adopted.
Resolution No. 26-14
A resolution to amend Webster Township Zoning Ordinance No. 08-11 approving the proposed amendments to Section 9.15.D of Article 9 of the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance, to revise the maximum allowable lot coverage for nonconforming lots of record of less than one (1) acre in size) from 30% to 20% (same as regular lots) within the R-1 (Rural Residential) Zoning District.

The ordinance shall take effect seven (7) days after publication of notice of adoption of this ordinance, unless referendum procedures are initiated under MCL 125.3402.
