SYNOPSIS – Webster Township Special Board Meeting, January 14, 2026

The Webster Township Board Meeting was called to order at 3:37 p.m. by Supervisor Mike DeAngelo on January 14, 2026, at Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor Mike DeAngelo; Clerk Tonie Brovont; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Shelly Vrsek, Jeff Harms, Brant Savander; Deputy Clerk Alayna Calleja; Township Attorneys Christopher Patterson and Helen Mills from Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC; and 8 citizens. Trustee Dan Munzel late.

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Carried. Munzel Absent

Motion to enter closed session at 3:50 p.m. to consider a confidential written legal opinion pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h). Carried. Munzel Absent.

Motion to return to open session at 6:25 p.m. Carried.

Motion to amend an agenda item of the January 20^th, 2026, Regular Board of Trustees Meeting. Discussion Item D, Attorney Resolution, will now be Discussion Item D, Use of Attorney and Supervision of Zoning Administrator and Enforcement Officer Resolutions. Carried.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Carried.
