SYNOPSIS WEBSTER TOWNSHIP SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – November 6, 2025, 7 P.M.
The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Supervisor Mike DeAngelo on November 6, 2025, at Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor Mike DeAngelo; Clerk Tonie Brovont; Trustees Jeff Harms, Shelly Vrsek; Brant Savander; Zoning Administrator Sri Komaragiri; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Deputy Clerk Donna Whitney; Township Attorney Matthew Kuschel; and 1 citizen. Treasurer John Scharf and Trustee Dan Munzel, absent.
Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Carried.
Motion to revise the original motion of approval pertaining to the extension of Potts Drive, as the applicant’s request is consistent with the recently adopted amendment to the Private Road Ordinance addressing improvements associated with development on vacant lots. Carried.
Discussion on change orders and decisions regarding the township renovation.
Motion to enter closed session at 7:30 p.m. with the Township Attorney to discuss Webster Township v Morningstar Ventures, LLC, case number 24-000418-AV. Carried.
Motion to return to open session at 9:07 p.m. and authorize the Township Attorney to proceed with Morningstar case management as discussed in Closed Session. Carried.
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:22 p.m. Carried.
