SYNOPSIS – Webster Township Special Board Meeting – March 4, 2026, 6:30 P.M.

The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Supervisor Mike DeAngelo on March 4, 2026 at Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor Mike DeAngelo; Clerk Tonie Brovont; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Dan Munzel, Jeff Harms, Brant Savander; Assessor Bill Sinkule; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Deputy Treasurer Amanda Weiss; Deputy Clerk Alayna Calleja; and 4 citizens. Absent: Trustee Shelly Vrsek

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Carried.

Discussion: Draft FY 2027 Budget

Motion to adopt Resolution 26-04 Extension of Private Road Application Moratorium, set to last through September 4, 2026. Carried.

Motion to accept the extension of Sri Planning, LLC’s current contract on a month-to-month basis, pending preparation of a replacement contract. Carried.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:02 p.m. Carried.
