WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold one Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to hear the following requests:
- PUBLIC HEARING
- 5185 ZEEB RD (C-03-28-400-008): The applicant, Cassidy Cecott on behalf of Harvest Solar, is requesting approval of a dimensional variance from the screening standards listed in section 12.110.G. of Webster Township Zoning Ordinance, for a ground-mounted solar system. The property is owned by Collen Dauw. It is zoned AG (Agricultural) and encompasses approximately 5.15 acres. (Application No. 25-ZBA-008).
Copies of the application materials and Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall for review during regular business hours or by request. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to [email protected]
Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. All correspondence must be received no later than 3 PM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Those with disabilities must notify the Township Clerk at least seven (7) days before the meeting to allow time to arrange for any necessary accommodations to satisfy their disability and allow for meaningful attendance.
