            2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE

The York Township Board of Review will meet at the York Township Hall,

11560 Stony Creek Rd., Milan, MI.  Organizational Meeting, Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026,

at 10:00 a.m.  Appeal Hearings:  THE MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW WILL BE HELD

ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: APPEAL HEARINGS: MONDAY, MARCH 9^TH

FROM 9:00 AM UNTIL 1:00 PM.  TUESDAY, MARCH 10TH, FROM 9:00 AM UNTIL

1:00 PM.  WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11TH, FROM 5:00 PM UNTIL 9:00 PM.  LETTER

APPEALS MUST BE *RECEIVED* BY NOON ON MARCH 11TH.  HEARING BY

APPOINTMENT ONLY. MAIL IN APPEALS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.  PLEASE

CALL 734-439-8842 FOR APPOINTMENT AND TO SUPPLY SUPPORTING

INFORMATION, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.

The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and

personal property for 2026 are as follows: *Agricultural 46.82%, 1.0679,

*Commercial 48.06%, 1.0404, *Industrial 48.18%, 1.0378; *Residential 47.25%,

1.0582, Personal Property 50.00%, 1.0000. 

Questions, comments and/or requests for reasonable auxiliary aides
or services for individuals with special needs should be made by
written notice seven (7) business days prior to the Board of Review,
to the York Township Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
