YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The August 12, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Clerk Zupi. Six Board members present, one absent. No public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: Ten-year Non-Exclusive Lease agreement with SASA approved.

New Business: Estimate for regrading and regraveling at Sandra Richardson Park accepted. Res. #2025-25, Resolution to Approve and Authorize Extension of METRO Act Permit to KEPS Technologies, Inc. DBA ACD.net adopted. Discussion regarding 2025 YCUA water rate increases held. Donation from Janelle Kantola for a memorial in Mary McCann Park accepted. Second alternate selected to attend MAFD Fire Board meeting 8/28/25, if needed.

Public Comments: One heard.
