 YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, a Regular meeting of the Charter Township of York Board of Trustees will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the York Township Hall, 11560 Stony Creek Road, Milan, MI, 48160.  Within this meeting a PUBLIC HEARING will be held to receive comments/questions on the proposed Budget for Fiscal Year beginning April 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027.

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

Copies of the proposed 2026/2027 Fiscal Year Budget are available for public inspection during the office hours of 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday at the York Township Hall and through the time of the hearing.

Questions, comments and/or requests for reasonable auxiliary aids or services for individuals with special needs should be made by written notice seven (7) business days prior to the Public Hearing to the Township Clerk’s Office, during regular business hours, 734-439-8842.  Notice complies with MCL 141.436 and MCL 211.24e.
