YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP

SYNOPSIS

The March 10, 2026, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Ludwig. Seven Board members present. Four public comments heard, no written petitions. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: Res. #2026-05, Res. to Adopt Ordinance 166, Blight Ordinance, adopted. Res. #2026-06, Res. to Adopt Ordinance 167, Data Center Moratorium, adopted.

New Business: Fiscal Year 26-27 Budget Public Hearing held. Res. #2026-07: 2026-2027 FY Budget adopted. Accepted Proposal for Legal Services from Cohl, Stoker & Toskey, P.C. Approved 2026 Agreement with WCRC. Crystal Thrall, Paolo Visioni, and Kristal MacArthur appointed to the Planning Commission. Don Hasselbach appointed to the Parks & Recreation Committee. Crystal Thrall, Sarah Brabbs, Ginger Liemohn, and Kristal MacArthur appointed to the Environmental Committee. Proposal for zoning map amendment accepted. Pay raises for hourly employees approved. 2026-2027 FY Employment Agreement with Building/Zoning Official approved. 2026-2028 Contractor Agreement for Assessor approved. Res. #2026-08, Res. to Establish Twp Supervisor’s Salary for 26-27 FY, adopted. Res. #2026-09, Res. to Establish Twp Treasurer’s Salary for 26-27 FY, adopted. Res. #2026-10, Res. to Establish Twp Clerk’s Salary for 26-27 FY, adopted. Match of Employee Deferred Wages for calendar year 2025 approved. Res. #2026-11, Res. to Issue METRO Act ROW Permit to Prime One, LLC, adopted. Transfer of $2,160.00 from Mooreville Sewer Fund to Capital Improvement Fund approved.
