New Business: Polling place agreement with York Baptist Church approved. Resolution #2025-02, 2025 Poverty Exemption Policy & Guidelines adopted. Payment of $51,899.00 to Brevalle LLC for emergency repairs to YCUA sewer line approved. Dan Speicher appointed to Parks & Recreation Committee, term to expire March 31, 2027. Tom Toth’s part-time employment extended to June 30, 2025; Township to continue to pay cell phone bill during that time. Resolution #2025-03, Resolution for Timber Ridge SAD to Proceed to 1st Public Hearing adopted. All Star Alarm LLC Fire and Burglary alarm proposal accepted. Statement of work from Black Rock Technologies for township hall security camera upgrade accepted. Acknowledge receipt of IT Services proposal from Black Rock Technologies. Resolution #2025-05, Resolution to Approve METRO Act Permit for Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) adopted.
