SYNOPSIS

The July 8, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Clerk Zupi. Six Board members present, one absent. Two public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as amended.

Unfinished Business: 45-day extension for closing date for sale of parcel S-19-01-400-022 approved.

New Business: Sandra Richardson Park Eagle Scout project by Joseph Schafer approved. Phone system upgrade approved. Purchase of two new desktop computers approved. Resolution #2025-24, Resolution to Establish Timber Ridge Special Assessment Fund and Transfer $132,000.00 into Fund approved. Resignation of Jake Karl, Assessor’s Dept. accepted. Hiring of Steve Coucke, Assessor’s Dept. approved. Discussion held regarding contract with Saline Football Club (FKA SASA) held. Discussion regarding township match to employee 401(k)’s held. Estimate for township hall generator repair approved.
