SYNOPSIS

The September 9, 2025, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Clerk Zupi. Five Board members present, two absent. No public comments heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as presented.

Unfinished Business: Approved water and sewer rate increases for Northern Service District beginning 9/1/25.

New Business: Res. #2025-26 Authorizing Issuance of 2025 Special Assessment Bonds approved. DTE gas meter upgrade and Cummins restart approved. Purchase of 6 new desktop computers approved. Earned Sick Time Act policy approved. Bring Your Family Member to Work policy tabled. Purchase of Kioti 3520 4×4 tractor approved. Closure of Township Hall offices 12/26/25 and 1/2/26 approved. 2025-2026 snow removal estimates from Create Keeper approved.
