MOTION Stump SECONDED Bullerman to adopt Resolution #2026-16 approving publication of Notice of Intent to issue capital improvement bonds with an amendment to the dollar amount in Exhibit A. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Stump SECONDED Keaton to appoint Lorna Tackwell to the Downtown Development Authority for a term ending December 31, 2029. All ayes. Motion carried.
