A Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled for Thursday, May 21st, 2026 in the Municipal Building, located at 147 Wabash St, Milan, Michigan 48160 to consider an application for request of variance to the Milan Zoning Ordinance.

Applicant, Kevin Fountain is requesting a variance of the Milan Zoning Ordinance Section 7.30 A footnote 4 & 5 and interpretation of Section 2.20 front lot line definition to erect a 6’ privacy fence on a corner lot.
