PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MEETING TO BE HELD AT SCIO TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Scio Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be (held at the Scio Township Hall, 827 N. Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, via zoom,) on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. During this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on the following matters pursuant to the Scio Township Codified Zoning Ordinance of 2009, as amended:

A. Variance # 26001, Dortch, Michael & Katherine S, 5604 Cedar Ridge Drive, H -08-28- 130-012, to allow construction of a screened in porch with a rear yard setback of 24 feet instead of the required 35 feet as approved under the Arbor Pointe Planned Unit Development.

Persons or their duly appointed representative having interest in said applications shall there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined by interested persons and written comments will be received, at the Scio Township Offices at 827 N. Zeeb Road during office hours, weekdays, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate.
